Physical Education
A nine week online course focusing on movement for fitness. Students will be asked to keep a daily log (Monday-Friday) of their conscious effort to be active everyday for at least 30 minutes each day. Each week will have a different theme with the first week being dedicated to general outdoor activities such as walking, swimming, riding bikes, running, etc. There will be Dance Weeks, Avenger Workout Weeks and other themed weeks. Parents will be asked to signed their students log in sheet before it is submitted. (A typed name by the parent is permissible) We are on the honor system.
Kindness 101
Kindness 101 is a nine week online class consisting of videos, reaction pieces, and plan of actions. Each week, students will be assigned to watch a 30 minute video after which they will write their reaction and feelings toward the video and its content. The final assignment for the week will be to make a plan to work on this particular attribute in their own lives.
